This maintenance update is made available in order to address a few critical issues found in build v2008 vol 3.5. The issues are as follows:

ASPxHtmlEditorB134549 - An exception occurs after dropping the ASPxHtmlEditor control onto a form and switching to design mode when the web project's type is set to Web Application
ASPxScheduler SuiteB134632 - Error 23 Generation of designer file failed: The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
